FAS offered to citizens to evaluate advertising "Alfa Insurance" insult "of foreign"
Moscow OFAS Russia on its website offered to the public to participate
in a survey about the ethics of advertising services company "Alfa
Insurance", where cars, foreign cars depicted in the images of women of
different nationalities.
With advertising banners of a smiling girl dressed in national costumes of different countries. The image is complemented by the slogan "bought" the Englishwoman "?

During the analysis of this advertising Moscow FAS concluded that
using "indecent images against nationality", which can be qualified as
violation of the advertising legislation.
For legal assessment from the standpoint of compliance with advertising requirements h. 6 Art. 5 of the Law on Advertising FAS has decided to conduct a survey of public opinion. As
the press service of the antimonopoly body, the results of the survey
will be taken decision to initiate proceedings against the publisher -
the company "Alfa Insurance".
